Actos Lawyers Represent Bladder Cancer Victims

Actos,  the diabetes drug manufactured by the Japanese pharmaceutical giant Takeda  Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has recently been linked to bladder cancer.   While side effects are a part of any medication,  cancer shouldn’t be one of them.  Actos  bladder cancer lawyers are now reviewing cases of peple who developed cancer  after taking Actos.   It isn’t yet known  how many thousands of Actos users have developed bladder cancer, but there were  close to 2.5 million people using Actos just two years ago.   Bladder cancer normally only affects one in  five hundred people, but the incidence of bladder cancer appears to be much  higher for those taking Actos.  While the  exact cause of bladder cancer isn’t known, exposure to certain toxins is known  to increase the risk of bladder cancer.    Currently the manufacturer is conducting a ten year study of Actos  bladder cancer risks, and the early results don’t look good.     They  show Actos to increase the risk of cancer enough for French and German  pharmaceutical regulators to suspend Actos sales; Actos went on to be recalled  in France.   While the drug is still being prescribed in  the US,  news reports have speculated about an Actos recall.   It’s hard to disagree with anyone affected  by this who wants to file an Actos bladder cancer lawsuit.   Unless the company voluntarily offers  compensation to these people and pays for the very best possible treatment for  people with Actos bladder cancer, people should be encouraged to pursue their  rights even if they have to file an Actos bladder cancer lawsuit.  Read more at www.actosbladdercancerlawsuits.com.
